Slow Flow and Yoga Nidra
This is a lunar and regenerative flow yoga based on slow fluid movements and some elements of Yin Yoga.
Emilia will guide you through a series of poses offering different stages and variations depending on your abilities and energy levels. Each class will focus on a different theme, mudra and a sound exploration to bring nourishment and ease towards the lunar energy of the day. The class will finish with long yoga nidra.

Children Yoga Jam
I discovered yoga for children some time ago, trying to pass on my yoga knowledge to my daughter and give her wellbeing tools for life.
When teaching yoga to children, I work with various themes and improvisations. I particularly love working with animal sounds and movements. Children love to play and explore, and they are naturally curious, so it is essential to give them a new tool/game every time we see each other. I try to keep the sessions interesting by implementing vibrant movements, but also letting children stay in stillness at the beginning and/or the end of the session if they wish.
